I dont get the allure, I bought a large tub made in SC for dirt cheap and spread some in a toasted English muffin... meh...
My wife’s from North Carolina and likes pimento cheese. I’ve tried it, and it’s OK, but there are lots of cheeses I like better.
Now livermush is another story. I’ll eat that anytime. Wish I had some now.
Pimento cheese on fresh white bread is a great sandwich.
