I think it is more than sore. Which is understandable. I think they understand and are concerned that basically her grandson is brainwashed. I think they are treating it that way from her end and doing all they can to ultimately remedy that if possible. I'm sure to the Queen all she wants in the end is to get him (and Archie and now the new child) away fro someone who has full control of his brain and has manipulated him from the beginning. If she can accomplish that one thing. Everything else can be dealt with fairly easily.
Thank God Meghan shot her BS load with the interview and most people saw her true colors.
I think she just wants to see her grandson free of a very nasty, manipulative individual that happens to be his wife and the mother of his children. This is why we see the loving messages to them both. She just wants him free of her.
