Our restaurant will only accept white people. We are NOT saying that blacks cannot eat at our restaurant. We are just saying that if YOU want to eat at our restaurant, you must not be white.

Health status is not and no HIPAA not HIPPA as the pearl clutchers cling too has zero effect on private companies who do not have direct and mandatory access to protected health information from a covered entity as defined by the HIPAA act hint only insurance companies, Medicare Medicaid and directly associated entities are mandated by HIPAA.
