Why in in the world would anyone cruise for recreation if it’s going to be essentially a floating prison with draconian lock down measures. Yes, I’ll pay you good money so I can wear a mask outside and be watched 24x7 to make sure I don’t violate a rule!

Your post IMHO is a problem the cruise Ines will have until they can lift the medical atmosphere on Cruise ships.

The cruise lines will restart with hard core cruisers, but the majority of other cruisers, IMHO will sit on the sidelines until Medical restrictions like vaccinations, masks, social distancing, temperatue checks, limited shore restrictions etc. are lifted-if that ever happens. -Tom

Hang out on CruiseCritic, the largest social media site for cruising. You would be surprised at the number of people who advocating exactly that. They will do anything to get on board again. And, they’re ‘terrified’ of the virus.

Some have even condemned Florida for relaxing the masking, social distance, etc., protocols. They think the cities housing the cruise ports should enforce all of the CDC recommendations to protect them while travelling from the airport to the cruise ship to include their overnight stay.
