That explanation makes the most sense. What’s going on could not be more sinister.
Perhaps they are being ‘seeded’ with the virus in a continuous basis unless and until Bolsonaro is gone. Perhaps the same thing happened in the US until the desired electoral outcome was achieved.
Before you scream ‘conspiracy theory’, ask yourself if there are people in the world who are that evil and that bloodthirsty for power that they would conceivably do such a thing.
Whether something like that happened or is currently happening may be far fetched, but what is not far fetched is that there are definitely people who are that evil and bloodthirsty for power.
