Biden is dumb enough to think he is actually an elected president. That is the problem right there. She is not going to step on a land mine for him. If he fails and has to do the hari kari thing, she is in charge. She knows it, the powers to be who put her there know it and what they both know is she is as much a figure head as is the present president.
