I bought a dozen ears of corn on my way home from work one day, from a local farm. Fresh picked within the last couple of hours.
I was so hungry I just opened one and started eating it... I’ve been eating it that way ever since.
I grew some corn one year - and if you eat it within an hour of picking it it’s flat out delicious... To imitate that flavor boil corn in water with a fourth of a cup of powdered milk added...(no, fresh milk doesn’t work for some reason)
