Chamberlin gave Czechoslovakia to Hitler as some sort of appeasement deal which of course did not turn out, as Hitler marched into Czechoslovakia and took it over just like every other country and made sure there was a lot of people hanging from piano wire in the process.
Let me clarify: Chamberlain gave Czechoslovakia to Hitler without Czechoslovakia providing any input whatsoever.
