If you can, see if you can get anything written about it, a flyer, letter, email, etc.
Once one business cites HIPAA as reason for not inquiring whether someone got the shot, then that is a basis for pushback against businesses mandating the shots.
It’s a close step from asking if someone had gotten it, to mandating that someone has had it in order to do business or visit someone.
I think that might be what I signed a few weeks back. Not sure. They wouldn’t let me take it with me and didn’t give me much time to read it. I’m gonna ask them what it was again. Having trouble with reading comprehension.
