Xlear works; my nose stuffs up often, and so I got some and used it.
Make your own Xlear:
1 cup of water (250ml) (Distilled Water)
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1/2 tsp (3g) of xylitol crystals
1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda
4 drops of grapefruit seed extract (optional for infection)
