I do think D3 is probably a safe idea because deficiency lowers immune system and most of us are deficient, according to many doctors, including the one I’ll link (sorry, I don’t know who gave me the link!).

Well, actually I don’t know. I understood D3 blocks uptake - the receptors where the virus binds. I do hope y’all will share what you might be learning about this.
