Finally I told them to get a lawyer and try to sue me... maybe then they will learn the truth. They conveniently deceive themselves at anything that costs money and blame someone else... i.e. they put money above Christian values. I might tell them that if any more of that tree falls on my fence I will sue them and then they can have a great awakening.
Here in hurricane alley we are fairly well versed on these sorts of laws - if we try to learn about them, if we don't deceive ourselves that trees on our property are someone else's responsibility and if our tree falls on a neighbor's property they can put the brush back on your property, that that is a kindness without suing, not a vicious selfish act. sigh
