Real estate listing says 3k for property taxes per year. Not bad at all for 31 acres. I’ll make it a farm, which will make it even less.

Thanks, are there buildings and utlities on it? And IIRC there is no state income or sales taxes in NH.

we pay close to $6 thousand a yr for 5 acres....this is in Washington State and we don’t have an income tax so they wham us with property tax...
