The big diversity push that started in the 90s

On my 18th b-day in 1978 I applied at a major corporation and was told That I was the most qualified for the job, but they could not hire me because of quotas.

That was affirmative action. The diversity push I’m talking about was when companies sent employees to mandatory diversity, sexual harassment, integrity and inclusion training. It was basically Affirmative Action 2.0.
