I’ll toss out a tip to keep in mind while working in the food service industry.

If someone goes stupid goofy and attacks simply grab a large saucepan and dip it in the Deep Frier Oil and toss the Hot Oil on the perp. Think of it like a Dye Pack in a Bank Robbery, except more permanent than a Dye Pack.

Then just have the LEO’s check out the ER’s to nab the perp.

I used to break up wannabe Bar fights by giving the participants the choice of take it outside, shut up and be nice or take a trip to the ER by coming out of the kitchen with a large Pan full of 375 degree Fryer Oil.
