The evidence doesn’t matter.
The jury is going to find Chauvin guilty, riots are going to happen anyway, and the verdict will be appealed.
The real question is whether or not the appeal will be upheld.

It may be like the trial in To Kill a Mockingbird. It was obvious from the beginning that the defendant would be found guilty, so the only hope was to win on appeal. The question is whether Chauvin will be shot "while trying to escape" before it reaches the appeals court.

The jury could very well find him not guilty, but that doesn’t matter. The riots, vandalism, theft, rape, assault and murder will continue after the show trial is over regardless.
