As logically flawed as CRT is, it is still useful to the communist movement as a means for dividing a population into "oppressed and oppressor" groups.

And dividing a population is still nothing more than a variation of the old "divide and conquer" strategy, with the ultimate goal being nothing more than just a not-so-good old fashion totalitarian government instead of a representative one (in our case).
