There is a ten minute video on YouTube of Cathcart describing how to prepare a solution of water and sodium ascorbate for use in an IV drip. Some believe this to be an effective cancer treatment when used in high doses. They recommend three days a week for several weeks. If done professionally, it could run $300 or more per application. My wife had cancer but we couldn’t afford it, so I was trying to learn how to administer an IV but it was too late. IV bags of sterile water for human use are about $100, vs $10 for veterinary use. Sterile water is sterile, right?
on another note, veterinary antibiotica ain’t just good for vets, eh? :-)
