Oh fiddle faddle! In all seriousness all it set out to do was be funny. Unlike "Beaver" it wasn't trying to teach life lessons. I thought it was pretty funny.
I know, but he was so stupid. I just couldn’t take it. Bad writing I guess. They could have mixed it up a bit. Beaver was interesting from time to time. But Dennis was way too formulaic. And the jokes weren’t funny.
