How is the tweet illegal if protected by the first amendment?

There’s no enumerated power for them to even exist as an agency.

They’re using it as the “nose under the tent” to censor anti-union speech by CEOs in general. It starts with one tweet, it ends with all such speech banned.

But those people have the means to fight it. You dom’t hang the first amendment at the door when you go to the office. Sure, your company can fire you for saying things they don’t like, but the government can’t.
Then again, as we enter what Mussolini called “corporatism”, big business and the government are really one in the same.

It took this long to steal the election and change the makeup of the NLRB.

Adorable of not, there’s still no enumerated power for this agency.

How so?
Is there an enumerated power to regulate things which affect interstate commerce but what are not actually interstate commerce?

Oh, that.
No, the so-called “progressives” were scum well before Wilson or FDR and among their earliest features was the desire to haul us away from the genius of our founding to become something more French, even after the first French Republic went to hell in a hand-basket (proving that the insipid belief that it didn’t work before because the wrong people were in charge is simply how nitwits roll) ... so I’m under no delusions about what those shat out into the ideological cesspool of progressivism (and the especially fetid backwaters that have managed to accumulate even in that) are capable of.
Still, just as it’s rare for them to be right about anything it’s even rarer that what they do is something they’ve a lawful power to do and I’ll never stop pointing that out.
