Look at this from the opportunity cost perspective.

I believe that the social media platform that DJT is launching will succeed beyond anyone’s expectations, including DJT’s, and not just in scale but also scope. The Dem Party, the corporate media, our Big Tech and increasingly other CEO overlords, teachers unions, higher education ... are all intent on driving away half of the country. An all out boycott will not work (these forces have too much monopoly power short term), and we should not be ceding these institutions to the left just yet. But the willingness and capacity of half of the country to defect to a DJT platform as opportunities unfold will stun.

I predict that this platform will be open, accessible, welcoming to all and attractive to innovators of all kinds — social media, fintech, open banking, digital identity management (know your customer, AML, anti-fraud, etc), content creation, and so much more. It will NOT target only those who are loyal to DJT but rather all those who distrust the Zuckerburgs, Dorseys, S. Abrams, Sulzbergers et al. of the world. This includes the global stage, because vast swaths of the world (including vulnerable dictators) do NOT want to import American wokeness.

I predict that its meteoric rise and stunning potential will be evident by 2021 Q4, if not in full then substantially.

I predict that DJT will tease us with running through much of 2023 and that he will be fully prepared to run all along. It will be a fully credible threat.

In the end, though, why would he put himself through h*ll for the last five really good years of his life by winning back the presidency? He would do well to pass the torch to DeSantis, Pompeo ... or even Haley, Rubio or Pence.

DJT’s last great project is back in the private sector. His prodigious talents as a public figure have been on full display since 2015, but his core competencies are as an investor and builder. We’ll see these over the next decade.
