I don’t know if you’re a born-again Christian, but the Bible says Jesus knew no sin. He was sinless. That is how he was able to bear the full condemnation and judgment on the cross of all the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2).
There is no evidence of anything like what you’re talking about in the Bible. Jesus was not anointed for ministry until he was about 30 years old and baptized in the river Jordan and baptized in the Holy Spirit at the same time. The three years following is what 99% of scripture recounts about Jesus because that short three-year period is about the momentous and miraculous redemption of the world. Something as momentous as the sinless Son of God being married would have been mentioned in scripture.
What scripture does say is Jesus did not come to serve his own purposes but as a sacrifice for many. Getting married doesn’t fit into that picture or calling. When asked about marriage and its problems, Jesus said there are some who decide for themselves to become eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven’s sake. There is a strong inference that’s exactly what Jesus (and later Paul the Apostle) did.
I’d stick to what scripture says about Christ and let the world, the flesh , and the devil make up stories about what is not in scripture about Jesus.

Jesus was born a Jew, and he founded Christianity, which seems logical. It helped spread the world of God to others besides the Jews, his chosen people. I wonder what the other books of the Bible not published have to say.
And no I don’t consider myself a Born Again Christian, I grew up Episcopalian, and now at 65 I am considering converting to Judaism.
