***There is no "right to vote" in the Bill of Rights***

And there is no U.S. Constitutional right for citizens to vote for president. Each state provides a constitutional right to vote for president.

The U.S. Constitution provides that each state legislature will select a group of electors, to be sent to the Electoral College, said electors to be chosen in whatever manner each state finds appropriate.

That is what finalized the Florida presidential vote in 2000. That could have determined the outcome of the 2020 election IF the state legislatures had stood up AND SCOTUS had chosen to hear election challenges in those states under investigation.

There is a troll who likes to blame Rand Paul for certifying the election but in Rand’s defense he said it is up to the State legislatures which are (were) GOP controlled. They sent Biden electors and Rand says he finds it hard to overturn this.

I keep telling this troll his beef is with the GOP State legislatures. Am I right? Insights welcome.
