The Wikileaks video was complete propaganda. I was very disappointed to see it being used as an example in Soldaten of how warfighting "inevitably" leads to atrocities. Even the edited version shows American soldiers pausing to confirm the individuals have weapons and asking for permission to engage, not anything you would ever find much evidence for in the Wehrmacht which is the subject of the rest of the book.
