This is it at 60%... (I added the border, you don't need that)
Also, you never have to worry about oversizing a pic on FReeper's phones or small monitors (laptops). If you use 100%, it will always match up with the viewer's device at 100% of their screen and not go past the screen size (although, I don't recommend going 100%.. ;^D
