The hair is a good first move sometimes. Where goes the head, goes the body. I never was afraid to use hair gung fu style.

Long hair is bad strategy.

A few years ago while in the northern half of the Midwest, I saw young women working in a fast food restaurant with their hair all bound up. They were of German and Dutch descent (local demographic), rather large, tough and strong looking and from an agricultural economy. No incidents there with outsiders. ;)
