A few days ago I had a flat rear tire. What I think happened was I bought a new air pump and I set the arrow to 5 instead of 4 and on top of that the pump worked really well and the needle went up to 6 very easily. I let air out but the damage was done with a slow leak that was flat the next morning. I managed to make a flat without even riding. Skills!

"NEW Run Flats: Pro Cycling’s Secret Tech | Vittoria Airliner Road First Look"Very interesting, but expensive as $180. I also see these: CushCore Bicycle Tire Inserts Set 27.5 Pair Includes 2 Bike Tubeless Valves at $149.00, and these: Tannus Armour No-Flat Bicycle Tire Insert, Puncture Proof Bike Tube Protector. Often for street kids bikes in this city I have cut out the middle of an old tire and placed it inside another one for flat protection in the second tire if it has holes in it or is thin and they do not have the $8-12 for a new one.

Very cool tech from Victoria. I’d not heard of that run flat system for bikes. At first I thought it was like the Cush-cor system for mountain bikes, but it really is an instant run flat system. Neat video. Thanks for posting.
