Two of the sequences are common to most organisms, including other viruses. You see them appear everywhere. The other two are only 42% similar. Pretty much a non-match. Find a new conspiracy theory.

I don't know what that even means since there is no mRNA from any species in SARS-CoV-2. I'm assuming you're referencing the similarity to Pangolin-CoV, which is a coronavirus observed in Pangolin populations in southeast Asia which is genetically similar to SARS-CoV-2. What does that mean? That viruses jump species. Here's a graphic showing how things look when you do genetic sampling of the various viruses that are very similar to SARS-CoV-2, but are living in bat, pangolin, and other populations:
