Policing american justices? The most appropriate way would simply be to arrest them all.

I was summoned to jury duty about 2 weeks ago.

The day started with the bailiff who was organizing prospective jurors in the hallway. He spent more time making snide, derisive comments about various jurors.

I raised my hand and he acknowledged me, whereupon I asked him if anybody here could be flippant and condescending, or did it require a cheap piece of tin on our shirt and a captive audience......

Once in court we were commanded to swear to a juror’s oath. I refused to raise my right hand. Brought before the judge and asked why, I told him I could not swear the oath in good conscience as Ino longer had confidence in any court’s ability to adjudicate fairly with respect to the Constitution nor did I have any confidence in the prosecution to present facts honestly with respect to laws as written.

I fully expected to be jailed for contempt. Instead, I was back in my truck before the coffee in the cup holder became tepid.

More people need to send this message.
