Back in the early 2000's a company called SCO sued IBM, claiming they stole copyrighted Unix code to put into Linux.

They lost so bad, SCO went under.

OK, I thought that was the direction it was going but it jumped around so much I wasn’t sure. My concern would be if this could retroactively affect all current forms of Linux if they do ever prevail. Man I hope not... I will have to shut down and ditch using computers altogether.
