I get these ‘fake’ surveys several times a week. I’m disappointed though. The last fake I received yesterday only promised me a prize worth at least $90 for my thoughts on receiving the Moderna vaccine. I received the Pfizer, not that I would have answered the survey anyway.

I’m also getting about every other week a phone call from California wanting me to verify a purchase of a laptop on Amazon. I’ve made no such purchase and none shows up on my Amazon account. I’ve blocked the number but I’m sure that won’t stop the calls.

Apparently, I was the one millionth person to receive the vaccine that week and I’d won an all-expense paid trip to Hawaii and $10,000 prize money. I sent him my banking information so he could deposit my cash, and I should be getting my tickets in the...

Hold on, my bank is calling me on my phone right now. I’m sure it’s to tell me the money has been deposited...
