I am almost certain that Tyson was “shown” some cattle. Who they actually belong to was another matter. Car dealers do the same thing. They “double” or triple declare the value of their inventory. That said seems like four years is a longtime to float that many cows. Additional info:

This was a fake cost billing scam
Apparently cattle were being delivered, just at a higher cost + expenses due to the contract.
Tyson gave the guy an open check book.
