Disgraced Rep. Katie Hill LOSES lawsuit against DailyMail.com over article that exposed her ‘throuple’ with a campaign staffer, after judge rules stories were of ‘public interest’ and protected by the First Amendment

An LA judge ruled against former Rep. Katie Hill Wednesday, finding the stories were of ‘compelling public interest’ and protected by the First Amendment

Hill, 33, filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Kenneth Heslep, DailyMail.com and conservative news site RedState in December
The suit alleged both media publications conspired to and distributed intimate images of Hill without her consent in October 2019

DailyMail.com published texts and photographs that showed Hill had been in a throuple with her then-husband and 22-year-old staffer Morgan Desjardins

The photos also included a nude picture of Hill holding a bong, and with a tattoo of an Iron Cross resembling a Nazi symbol on her bikini line

Last month, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (an agency of the Department of Homeland Security) signed an $87 million contract to acquire and oversee an operation involving 1,200 hotel beds to house migrant families in Arizona and Texas. The contract was given to the nonprofit organization Family Endeavors, based out of San Antonio, Texas, which has no previous history as an ICE contractor.

But Family Endeavors does have a former senior official on the Biden transition team in its leadership: former ICE official Andrew Lorenzen-Strait, identified as a potential broker in the deal by Rep. Andrew Clyde of Georgia, who is tracking the contract, as well as two others with knowledge of the situation.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Ingraham Angle,” Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R) said that the state has sent the Texas Rangers into a migrant facility in San Antonio because there have been complaints to state agencies about a lack of supervision, sexual assault between teenagers in the facility, people not being fed properly, and children with coronavirus not being separated.

Patrick said, “[T]onight, Brian, we just sent the Texas Rangers in…to the facility in San Antonio. Because we got complaints to state agencies that there’s no supervision. Because they don’t have enough people there. They can’t get volunteers. There’s sexual assault going on between these teenagers in this — this is the call that we got today, several calls, they’re not being fed properly, they have kids with COVID that aren’t being separated. The president and the vice president of the United States and the Democratic Party are so concerned about placating the left for open borders, children are allegedly being sexually assaulted on American soil because of their total neglect of protecting our border, protecting this country, and protecting these kids, whether they’re dropped over the fence, whether they’re sexually assaulted, whether they’re sent into the country into sex trafficking. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have this on their hands, Brian.”
