No. I'd think of him, he's a bit of a historian too and I've posted other articles on him, but that's it. For being a park ranger. The second I'd think of if asked that question, our 38th President.

Thinking about it, perhaps Aldo Leopold, though I think he worked for the Forest Service so not really a ranger.
