Well McGee, Grand Juries are notorious for indicting ham sandwiches with turkey meat covered in bird doo-doo.
Crossing state lines with intent to have sex with a minor invokes Federal Laws. And interestingly, regardless of the age of consent in the states visited, the Federal Age of Consent of 18 applies.
McGee and the New York Times should not have had any knowledge of an investigation. This stinks.
