You would have to know the velocity of the bullet when it hit the target to calculate that.

The ballistics listed give a muzzle energy of 7340 ft-lb.

The bullet will retain it’s original mass of 330 grains throughout the flight. Let’s assume ( and this is a complete assumption on my part) that the bullet is still traveling 500 ft/sec when it hits the target. That would have a retained energy of 183 ft.lb.
