"Make Kellogg's Frosted Flakes an important part of your nutritious breakfast!" the commercial said. Pretty much every kid in America, including me, replied "Nah, just give me the prize inside and you can keep the orange juice, eggs, and bacon." lol
Considering what the cereal was made of, it was probably healthier for us to eat that prize!

Agree, if people knew what carbs were doing to them, they’d never get near crap. But the food/medical community likes it the way it is, with obesity/diabetes being big-time ‘revenue engines’ (a little Rick Perry lingo).
