That's a bold statement.

And you know this because......?

It's a common sense statement. I know conspiracy theories are lots of fun and bring some excitement into otherwise boring lives, but they're rarely true. John Roberts is not some principled conservative being blackmailed - he's who he has always been - an establishment Republican who will always favor Democrats over the kind of people who would vote for Trump.

Its far from common sense.

What you're doing is making a statement of fact about something you couldn't possibly know as fact. Not possibly.

And yet you say it as if its true. No. You're not allowed to do that. To tell the truth, the blackmail/coercion/leverage theory is a very reasonable explanation for his behavior and decisions. Some of his votes and decisions make no sense at all and go well beyond a common philosophical/political explanation.

A reasonable man can conclude that external forces are coercing him.

Why does everything have to be a crazy conspiracy theory with you people. People do bad things and there are bad people who break the rules all the way up into the upper echelons of society and it happens every day all over the world and has throughout history.

You can choose to believe that's now true, but its foolish and naive.

Consider human behavior.
