Yes he was. He made it public that Flynn 'lied' to him and put Trump in a box, making it politically necessary that Trump fire Flynn.

I suspect Pence was complicit in the derp state's attempts to "'F' Flynn, then we 'F' Trump'".

Pence is a bad one. A derp state sleeper injected into the Trump White House.
