Is there someone beside the Senate you would put the determination of the legitamacy of the Presidential vote in?

So fraud means nothing if the senate says so?
Crime means nothing if the senate says so?
Or does it instead mean that the senate is corrupt?
The Founders would have been tarring feathering riding on rails shooting AND defenestrating.
