I agree - this is actionable in more ways than one.
And a couple of speculations that may help:
1) there are probably no parents involved here - just faculty.
2) most of the culprits are probably white - and easy to narrow down.

Hit them hard - defamation, invasion of privacy, abuse of power. And sue the lousy teachers union, which has a ton of busybody money.
