It looks like the FDA is saying that the recipient has the option to accept or refuse the EUA product.
It also says that the president may require members of the armed forces to accept administration of the EUA product.
So it's reasonable to conclude that no one has the right to mandate an EUA vaccination, except for the armed forces.
My opinion: requiring the vaccine through the back door by turning refuseniks into non-persons is not the intent of the law. So the "passports" are not legal.
As I read the posts on this thread I am reminded of why our nation is where it is.
None of us have any claim to being of the same cloth as the founders of this nation.
Let me get this straight. The Dems say it’s a hardship to show ID to vote, but not to shop. So you don’t have a passport and you borrow another’s passport. But wait! You need a photo ID to prove it’s your passport. So now you have a photo ID to vote! problem solved.
