If you watch the entire video you can see the older black man on the bike escorted the boy to the store and says he went inside and asked the clerk to call 911. Not sure about the other man. Bystanders stepped up and gave the kid water.
also, the media wants to describe the perp as "hispanic"...with curly hair.....well hispanics get blamed for all sorts of things becaues they have darker skin....so they perp could be black, could be muzzie, indian, who knows....
