According to a Minneapolis Judge, if the 12 year old chose to drink beforehand, whoever did this to him, can’t be charged with a felony.
If you watch the entire video you can see the older black man on the bike escorted the boy to the store and says he went inside and asked the clerk to call 911. Not sure about the other man. Bystanders stepped up and gave the kid water.

Yes. He was an older guy that probably isn’t into this whole BLM thing and just saw a child needing help. He did not see color.
