Not just ID, but stopping the possibility of massive fraud that makes the cheating worthwhile for the RATs. The problem is, those who COUNT the votes cannot be trusted.
Why are you talking about a convention? Just have the state legislatures(GOP) in a few contested states put it on the ballot. Solid red/blue states need not apply unless there’s a winnable senate/gov. race.

Sounds good, except- paper ballots can be pre-voted and dumped into the system once the RATs know how many they need. Witness the past election for an example with the mail-in votes arriving in the dead of night.

Your paper/hand count on election day is not too much to ask. Simple. Let the rats explain how discriminating it is to show an ID. Every one has one-they just won’t admit it. They can’t function without one.
I should've added a 3rd proviso:
The ballot box is under observation at all times and never leaves the precinct. Counting begins the minute the polls close.
