All healthy people under 40 should be mingling often. Big parties, concerts and dances in enclosed spaces. If they know somebody who is sick, they should have a party at that person’s house, then sponsor a party a week later at their house.

This disease is not Polio, Ebola etc. that harms young and old alike. It harms mostly people over 50 with health issues and those over 70 generally. Fat people of all ages are also at risk.
