Back snoring is very common as your soft palate collapses. You can buy gadgets to make sure you don’t roll over on your back. The easiest one is a pocket sewn in the back of your nightshirt of pjs sized to fit a tennis ball. Insert the tennis ball and you aren’t going onto your back ever again!

Same here. In fact, if I sleep on my back I experience sleep apnea.
