Lindell is timing the release of this video to the new conservative social media platform, FrankSpeech.com. (Frank does not refer to Sinatra...) The ideas is obviously to coordinate that debut with legal action to influence public opinion. I am sure that not just the presidency was stolen in this election. The Congress is illegitimate as well, at least enough to make a difference.
