The video at least, perhaps truncated, does not show anything like that.I wish they'd have let it play longer. Looks like the kid hit him, then lunged to try to keep the smaller kid from actually hitting his head, but sounds like he didn't get there in time.

Since at least two were involved and the short video shows one of them using their wonderful aggressive no-limits tactics, it’s safe to assume this a typical a low-life encounter.
Like I said, if you love your kids, keep them out of public school.
