Bet it won’t be Hillary. The one thing Joe & Kamala have in common: they know how to take orders. Hillary would want to steer the boat. Can’t have that.

Itβs pelosi. And pelosi will let kamala get impeached so she can be president. The speaker of the house is the next in line, per the Constitution.
Why the confusion?

It will be someone insignificant. Kamelatoe wouldn’t choose a strong rival. I would bet on Warnock, the new GA senator.

None for a while. With Harris no longer VP, the votes will split 50/50 on confirmation and no one will be confirmed.I bet not! I bet that the rats pick up a minimum of 5 pubbie votes on the veep replacement!

The men who drafted the 25th amendment seem not to have thought of the possibility of a Vice President assuming the powers of Acting President while still exercising the Vice President's power to break a tie. Of course in the 1960s it probably never occurred to them that the Senate would be evenly split...they probably envisioned a comfortable Democrat majority forever. If they have to admit that Biden's condition has deteriorated to the point that the 25th amendment is warranted, how can they justify to the American people not making him resign? Harris would be able to get almost anyone confirmed as the new VPas long as they were not as toxic as AOC.
Someone like Spartacus would be able to pick up a few votes from RINOs.

Nobody.
Pelosi will not let anyone be approved, thus keeping her next in line after Harris gets impeached.

If Harris is no longer VP, whoever IS VP will still have the tie-breaker vote in the Senate. Mos likely, it will still br a demon.
But if some demon senator in a state with a Republican governor were to kick the bucket, ...
I think Mass, GA, WV have such a situation. If, a Republican were to replace Gavin Nuisance in CA, there’s 80-something year old DiFi, ...

‘Who’ will be or will be ‘whom.’ If you are not sure which to use, use “who.” It may be wrong but it only sounds wrong then to a very few people like me who learned grammar in school whish is no longer taught.

I would bet on a Negro trans something. Mental acuity is not a requirement. The brains behind this administration in whatever configuration it eventually hides under does not reside in the actors on the stage but in their scripts and earpieces.

The Constitution does not specify any succession other than VP.
